"Easy exchange and great service"
I had to do an exchange, and it was easy. They got it sorted out quickly without any hassle. A friend had recommended them to me, and I can see why.

"Cool ideas, even if not everything is perfect"
I like The Grommet because they have stuff I don’t really see on every other site. Umm, some of the products are actually clever and make good gift ideas. Not everything feels like something I absolutely need, and I do wish there were more real photos sometimes, but overall it’s fun to browse and find neat little things.

"Cool finds, but the shipping stung a bit"
I do like browsing The Grommet because they have a bunch of fun, different stuff you don’t always see everywhere else, like clever kitchen gadgets, little organizer things, gift ideas, random home tools, and those “oh wait, that’s actually useful” kinds of products. Ordering was simple enough, kind of like ordering from any regular site, and my item arrived in good shape with no drama, no broken parts, no missing pieces, no weird packaging issue, nothing like that.
The only thing that bugged me was the shipping cost. For a smaller order, it felt a little high, like when you buy one small item, a stocking stuffer, a tiny gadget, or just something you wanted to try, and then the shipping makes you rethink the whole thing. I’d probably shop there again if I really wanted something specific, like a gift, a neat tool, or something I couldn’t find elsewhere, but I’d be a lot more likely to order if there were cheaper shipping options, free shipping at a reasonable amount, or some kind of promo.

"Some handy finds, but not all winners"
I’ve ordered a few things from The Grommet, some of them have been useful around the house. There’s one kitchen gadget I bought that we still use all the time, so that one definitely felt worth it!

That said, a couple items seemed more “neat idea” than something I actually needed. The prices aren’t always super cheap either? I still like browsing the site, but not everything ends up being as practical as it looks

"Just really frustrating to deal with"
I don’t know, the whole site just felt really annoying to use. Pages were taking forever to load, the filters kept doing weird stuff and resetting, and it was way harder than it should’ve been to find simple info. Even checkout felt kind of clunky, like I kept having to click around for no reason. I eventually just gave up because it was putting me in a bad mood. The products might be totally fine, but the website itself made the whole shopping experience feel rough...

"Some neat finds, but one didn’t hold up"
I ordered a couple of things from The Grommet mostly because a few items really caught my eye. Shipping was totally fine, nothing to complain about there. I’ll admit I was mainly focused on the cool design and didn’t think too much about durability at first, but one of the items started showing wear after just a few weeks. It’s not a huge deal, and I still like the idea behind it, I just expected it to last a bit longer

"Felt like Amazon finds with extra stress"
I was expecting more unique stuff, but most of the items looked like things I’ve already seen on Amazon. I thought it would be fun to browse, but it ended up being kind of stressful trying to figure out what was actually original and what wasn’t. Disappointing overall.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out expecting the usual copy-paste company response, but they got back to me quickly and actually answered what I asked. Nothing overly polished or fake-sounding, which I appreciated. They didn’t make it a hassle or rush me through it. Felt like a real person had actually read my message. I’d shop here again.

I’ve bought a few things from The Grommet now, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. The prices felt fair for the quality, and I like that they carry items you don’t always see in regular stores. "I thought this looked really nice when..."
I thought this looked really nice when I ordered it, so maybe I just talked myself into expecting too much? But once it arrived, it felt a lot cheaper than I figured it would for the price. After only a few uses, it ended up breaking, which was frustrating. I keep wondering if I should’ve known better, but either way, I don’t really think it was worth the money

trying to update my account info was way more annoying than it needed to be. pages kept loading weird, and I ended up having to contact support twice just to get it sorted. not a great experience.

I stopped in looking for a simple gift, though to be fair I was kind of in a rush and probably not in the most patient mood. Still, the options felt random, and a lot of it seemed overpriced for what it was. I looked around for a bit but just couldn’t find anything that felt worth buying.

I ordered something small and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. It did eventually arrive, but it was late and there weren’t many updates along the way, which was frustrating. The product itself was fine, but if this happens again I’ll probably order from somewhere else. I wouldn’t rely on them if you need something by a specific date

"The packaging had me worried for a minute"
I ordered from thegrommet.com, and thankfully the item itself was totally fine. No real complaints there, but when the box showed up, it had a bit of an “uh oh” moment written all over it.
One side of the box was kind of crushed, and there really wasn’t much padding inside, so the item had clearly been on a little adventure during shipping. I wouldn’t call it a disaster, but it definitely made me pause before opening it.
Nothing was broken in the end, so I’m not furious or anything. I just expected a little more care with the packaging, and if I order again, I really hope they pack it like it’s going into battle

Yeah i thought your site was pretty cool but i have yet to see a positive thing that anyone has said about your site? why is that?

After reading the reviews, i am starting to think they are giving me the run around and i am never going to receive my products i ordered. a customer service person replied to my request quickly but it was a generic response ( basically blaming the maker of the products). the timeline is still off and at this point i doubt i will receive them by christmas or at all. i replied to them with another question and have yet to hear back. i know for a fact fed ex hasn't received my package to even begin shipping it to me. i am so bummed.
